    Ascension Ministries is the service of Rev. Dr. Laura Thornberry. Rev. Laura has been an ordained minister of Church of the Creator® since September of 1994 and a light worker all her life. Her ministry is a combination of personal, individual, and group work. The focus in all she does is to prepare herself and others for ascension. She believes Christ's directive to do the things He did, and even greater, applies to each one of us on this earth plane. She believes these words are telling us to heal, perform seeming miracles and triumph over physical death as did Christ with ascension.

    Rev. Laura works towards this in many ways and this website contains pages for the numerous activities in which she is involved. She is a spiritual teacher - teaching such topics as spiritual growth, alignment with the Will of God, ethical use of spiritual energy, alternative healing modalities, balancing one's life, and becoming a hands-on healer. She facilitates ministerial programs for those interested in becoming hands-on healers under the aegis of the Temple of Sacred Light in Tampa, Florida, and as she teaches in her travels. She offers Spiritual Travel opportunities to sacred and high energy locations in the United States and around the world through Follow Your Dreams Tours. She plans and offers seminars and workshops under both Ascension Ministries and Follow Your Dreams Seminars - some are retreats at various retreat centers which allow the participant the opportunity to focus on growth with the least distractions. Some she teaches, some she sponsors. Reverend Laura also offers lectures on her personal experience overcoming breast cancer through a combination of alternative modalities and medical observation.

    Periodically, a page containing spiritual information that is insistent upon being revealed will be posted. It might be an explanation of the office of The Christ in the Order of Melchizedek or it might be information about what man is collectively experiencing - whatever Spirit directs. One will also find metaphysical tools which can be ordered within these pages that are useful in centering, growth and spiritual empowerment.
